Exagen Diagnostics is the first company to provide genomic tests to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating Gastroenterology (GI) diseases. Our goal is to provide all patients, for whom their physician believes it is medically appropriate, access to our tests regardless of insurance coverage. We have multiple programs in place to assist with this process. Reimbursement for Exagen's diagnostic tests is based on standard CPT codes for molecular diagnostic tests, which are recognized by Medicare and private insurers. We bill all payers directly.
